14 Day Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, please notify us immediately, we will provide a returns form for you to complete before returning. Goods returned without a valid returns number will be rejected. Please return your item by insured delivery with all original packaging intact and it in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. Goods returned without a valid returns number will be rejected. Any damage in transit caused by unsuitable or no packaging will result in the return being rejected or a restocking fee based on the severity of the damage and value of the item.

30 Day Exchange Policy

If you've changed your mind about keeping your purchase, you can exchange it for a product or products of equal or higher value within 30 days of receipt, providing you pay the difference on the higher value item. The product must be returned in its original condition.

By original condition we mean:

•    You’ve kept all original packaging and labels in good condition and the product can be resold as new

•    You haven’t used the product, if the product has been used the return/exchange is at our discretion and a 35% re-stocking fee may apply.

•    The product contains no personal data and isn’t registered to a user.

If you are returning goods that have been damaged in transit you must inform us within 2 working days. This will allow us to make a prompt claim against the courier and resolve the situation quickly. Refunds are processed and complete within 30 days. All costs for the collection and return of goods must be paid for by the customer.

Refunds can take up to 72 hours to process once we have received your item back and depending on your payment method.

Items that cannot be returned due to hygienic or health and safety reasons include microphones, headphones, earplugs, and harmonicas. If you have purchased any of these products and believe it to be faulty then please contact us for assistance.
