El Toro Music offers free UK delivery on orders over £99.00 ex VAT. We use tracked delivery for all orders and typically use Parcelforce for larger packages and Royal Mail for smaller packages. Second hand items will carry additional shipping charges which may vary for different locations. All orders are generally dispatched within 24 hours of receipt. Standard free shipping generally take 2-3 business days for delivery. Next Business Day delivery can take up to two business days if ordered after 2pm or if the order was placed on a Saturday, Sunday or on a bank holiday weekend. Worldwide and European delivery can take up to 10 days or more, additional charges or taxes may be applicable depending on customs and import laws in your country.
